Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday - 7am to 7pm
Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 7am to 7pm
*Shift Differential Offered for Weekends*
Overview
A BHT's primary goal is to ensure that an individual reaches their optimum level of wellness and functionality within their environment. BHT's assure a safe and supportive environment for residents. BHT's work closely with the clinical and nursing teams to assure quality resident care and a smooth flow of communication. This can include de-escalation of residents as needed, providing support, setting appropriate boundaries, and maintaining a safe physical environment. BHT's may monitor resident self-administration of medications and assisting in daily activities, whether therapeutic or recreational.
